Reginald Huggard was born and raised in Chicago. He attended High Tech Institute in  Atlanta, where he majored in computer networking and security.

He joined the team at Evolution Development Group because of the great work environment and amazing culture. He loves the growth opportunities that the firm provides with no limitations or seniority. He enjoys working with the firm's leadership team, the mentorship they provide, and working alongside a very passionate and diverse crew of people. Reggie is grateful to be surrounded by a very goal-oriented team that holds itself to high standards, has great integrity, and is passionate about its core values.

Reggie is excited about professional growth, market expansion, and playing a part in the organization's growth both nationally and internationally. He loves to compete, solve problems, and can be counted on to always see the good in every situation.

In the future, Reggie wants to continue to grow professionally and maintain his student mentality as he learns new skills that help him advance his career. He is committed to putting himself in a position to become financially free while building a massive organization.

Outside of work, Reggie loves to travel and watch basketball. He is a die-hard Chicago Bulls fan, and he wakes up at 5 a.m., to play basketball and get his day going. "Win your morning, win your day." Reggie focuses daily on personal growth: reading and listening to podcasts. He also enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews.
